Worry can affect us physically, emotionally and spiritually. Research has found that singing relieves anxiety and contributes to the quality of life. Worship brings glory to God with our voices and our hearts. Mary chose to worship God rather than worry about the news that she would become pregnant with the Son of God. Worship awakens God’s presence is awakened in us and is our way of recognizing Jesus as our Lord and Savior.
